Mental Wellness is so much more than treating unhelpful symptoms; it’s about creating healthy change, bettering performance, and sustaining happiness.
Whether you want to move from rock bottom to your basic, or basic to your best, life change is possible. Niche Therapy believes everyone deserves access to mental wellness services whether or not they have a diagnosable mental health disorder. Therefore, we created Niche Mental Wellness Services to address the wide-ranging needs of our clients with three essential intervention types:
Each variety of Niche Mental Wellness Service addresses a specific client type in a specific part of their change process. Niche Mental Wellness Services can be utilized as a pathway to move from addressing the most intense personal problems (Mental Health Therapy) to exploring better functioning (Coaching) and on to performing at our best (Coaching and/or Niche Courses). However, each of the three services can be accessed as stand-alone therapeutic products.
Niche Mental Wellness Services strives to empower clients to live without a therapist as the primary agent of life change. This means Niche clients learn to create change on their own and eventually utilize Niche Mental Wellness Services solely for ongoing support (i.e., Coaching). The safe space created with your Niche therapist is special and unique. The Niche space is non-judgmental, accepting, private, and helpful. We want Niche clients to feel comfortable going as deep as they want while knowing the information will not be judged or shared with others.
Once Niche clients address their most intense problems, the relationship with their therapist may morph into a supportive coaching relationship. At this point in Niche Mental Wellness Services, clients may use an on-going coaching relationship to keep themselves accountable, unload the crisis of the week (COW) on someone who is not a part of their immediate social / familial life, review gains made, etc. Basically, clients can utilize or create any function imagined with accessing a professionally trained, unconditional, positive, and confidential relationship.
“There is a choice…I must…always remind myself.”
— Zane W. DeWitz (Niche Therapist / Mental Wellness Coach)
