Fees

***The fees below pertain ONLY to the Niche Mental Wellness Services and NOT Niche SLP services.

Fees are a necessary part of any service. With professional helpers, there is a finite amount of the provider to go around and over the years education, certification, licensure, and experience become the better product presented to you by your provider. We cannot create two providers, but Niche Therapy strives to improve providers year upon year through training, education, research, and experience. Therefore, fees will increase over time. However, the Niche Team will do its’ best to stay loyal to loyal clients and keep their fees as unchanged / stable as long as feasibly possible.

Most Niche Mental Wellness Services are online at this time. There is possibility for in-person sessions for clients in the Spokane Region. Zane will travel to you for those sessions. For online sessions, participants will be provided a personal and secure link which meets federal HIPAA standards for confidentiality and security for each session.

Niche Mental Wellness Services takes either cash pay or insurance (Asuris, First Choice Health Network, Kaiser Permanente Washington, Med Advantage, Optum, Premera, Providence, United Healthcare). For cash pay clients, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Niche Therapy will create superbills upon request. When Niche Mental Wellness Services creates newcontracts with insurance companies, those will be detailed here.

  • Niche Mental Health Therapy

    Individual Sessions

    $160 per one online 60-minute session for ages 13+
    *cash pay bundle prices available upon request
    *cash pay prices not available for in-network insurance clients.

    This is Niche Therapy’s traditional and boutique mental health therapy experience. Clients with diagnosable mental health disorders can use this service. These services will use similar techniques to Niche Mental Wellness Coaching, but the interventions may be more intense and require longer episodes of care. This will be detailed while creating our Niche Plan.

    At this time, clients accessing Niche services to manage Substance Use Disorders or Co-Occurring Disorders will be requested to use Niche Mental Health Therapy service.

  • Niche Mental Wellness / Life Coaching

    Individual Sessions
    $125 per one online 60-minute session for all ages

    Bundled Sessions
    $1,100 for ten online 60-minute sessions
    $2,000 for twenty online 60-minutes sessions

    Mental Wellness / Life Coaching is exactly what it sounds like: Zane helps you identify and pursue your goals through regularly attended individual sessions. Coaching is not reimbursable by insurance companies because insurance companies have not yet deemed it “medically necessary.” However, Niche Therapy believes having a professionally trained coach using evidenced-based mental health techniques and steeped in change experience assist people reach their goals is essential for the fabric of our society. People utilizing Niche Coaching can have mental health disorders, but opt out of Niche Mental Health Therapy; perhaps these clients need time to work towards other goals before addressing mental health - that is fine!

    These private sessions are designed to give clients specific knowledge and specific skills. Change Courses are NOT on-going Mental Health Therapy or Mental Wellness / Life Coaching. They are psychoeducational, skill building, or processing sessions designed to help clients understand concepts (psychological or otherwise), answer specific questions, apply ideas to better their lives, and gather resources for personal, group, or business growth.
